Josh from Millstream came out to install a vent boot for a bathroom vent fan I was putting in as part of a bathroom renovation I was working on. He was right on time, professional and did a great job installing the boot. He gave me advice on a few things he noticed on my roof, and recommended a qualified mason for my chimney that needs repointing. I know the job was small, but based off of the service I have received, and the overwhelming positive reviews on Millstream, I will not hesitate to call Josh and the team at Millstream to replace my roof when the time comes. Noticed some wind damage to the
Noticed some wind damage to the zinc strips at the peak of my roof and called Millstream to come out and take a look. Kevin showed up 2 hrs after placing the call to the office. Roof was still wet but Kevin returned later to repair the zinc strip for the best price possible. Without a doubt will reach out to Millstream for future work, very prompt and great customer service. Chris at Millstream worked very closely
Chris at Millstream worked very closely with my insurance company to cover my claim after the roofs on my house and barn were damaged by wind. He took care of all factors involved i.e. permits, dumpsters, etc. His team completed both roofs in two days. Including stripping old shingles off, replacing some wood damaged by water, new felt and shingles for the entirety of both roofs and clean up. They worked very quickly and did a superb job. Was doing some construction in one
Was doing some construction in one of the bedrooms in my house when I noticed a split tape joint in the ceiling drywall and some water staining. I called Millstream and was greeted very nicely from the receptionist. The technician Craig came by the next day or so and took a look. While he could not find anything immediately, he did instruct that I need to pull down some drywall to get a better look from the inside. One this had been done, I sent pictures of what I had discovered and Craig came back and fixed the issue. He also noticed an unrelated issue with my chimney. Craig and Millstream where very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone I know and use them again if I have any issues.
