The whole team kept me informed of progress and next steps along the way. The job site was picked up at the end of each day and the roof was completed within the estimated timeframe. When my roof was done the
When my roof was done the Project manager (who is no longer there) allowed a skylight to be put on that was too large for the opening. I didn’t notice until all the work was done. When I asked him he told me that they didn’t have one to fit the opening. I was really upset. I contacted Millstream after awhile as I kept getting more upset and felt I was taken advantage of.which I was. Chris the owner had no idea that had happened. He immediately sent out his new project manager Nick to address the issue. They came out took measurements and said they would call me as soon as the skylight came in....they did find one that would fit in the opening! They came back with the skylight and installed it. They even saw that the chimney was missing a cap ordered one and put that on too. My original bad experience turned in to a really very good experience. I can't thank them enough for correcting the issue. You can feel comfortable hiring Millstream Roofing, if I could give them 10 stars I would! I am extremely happy.

We cannot say enough good things about Chris and his crew. Between delays with our insurance company, adjuster, and mortgage company, they were more than understanding of the circumstances. The crew completed the job in 1 day, right before we were expecting snow. We will be referring Millstream to our friends and family!

The personalized attention made this experience a breeze. Craig was great to work with in setting up the entire process. Josh checked in multiple times during the day as the roof was being installed. Luis, the foreman was patient, knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all of our questions. Even paying for services was a pleasure, Candi was always polite and pleasant with every interaction. The roof looks absolutely stunning and comes with a warranty that can't be beat. We highly recommend Millstream Construction for all of your roofing needs.
