I recently had a new roof installed by Millstream construction LLC. The quality of the work ethic and performance were outstanding, from the promptness of the initial visit to the completion of the project. At every step of the process I was given detailed information on how, what and when. The fact that I have an existing solar system on my home was a major concern, in that I didn’t want a lengthy downtime in my energy production. Millstream Construction did just that, I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them for any further projects.

Millstream staff are terrific. While identifying options for remediating an attic ventilation issue they also checked the roof. They assured me the roof was fine. The ventilation work was done carefully, good communication between supervisor and workers, and cleaned everything up before leaving. The office staff was helpful, responsive, and seem very nice. I look forward to working with them again.

After signing a roofing contract with another company, and the day before work started they asked for more money I had to find another contractor. I ended up going with Millstream and I am so glad I did. Dave came out and gave me a fair price and most importantly was honest. Once you sign, you get a dedicated person assigned to your project. They constantly communicate. Candi and Rose were always kind and accommodating. I also appreciate that they were flexible with scheduling the job. They use premium GAF product and you get the Golden GAF warranty. The job took two days as my roof was large. The workers worked hard and were careful around my landscaping. Honestly, I had a great experience.
