The Millstream folks were responsive and professional from start to finish. They did great work and also worked with our insurance company extensively to make sure the whole process was seamless. We had a large roof replaced plus eight skylights and gutters. We had a couple of minor glitches along the way, but the front office folks worked hard to make sure everything got resolved amicably. Highly recommended.
Needed a roof to be installed
Needed a roof to be installed quickly because of leaks. Even with all the rain we had this summer Millstream Construction was able to schedule our roof installation in a timely manner. In a day and a half we had a beautiful new roof. We could not be more satisfied. The roofers did an excellent job and the yard was cleaned of all debris. Everyone at Millstream Construction we communicated with was friendly and courteous. Being personable is why we chose Millstream construction. We would highly recommend Millstream Construction for your next roofing project.
The weather wasn’t perfect, we had
The weather wasn’t perfect, we had thunderstorms in afternoon, but team didn’t back out and finished the roof in one day. As part of the sale press we discussed Ridge Vents which I wanted to help with the heat upstairs in the summer. Somehow it didn’t make it to the Contract and I didn’t catch it when I signed it electronically. During the afternoon of the installation I noticed that was not being installed, mentioned it to the on site manager and he quickly adjusted an put it on. Awesome job from the team. I recommend this company for roof replacement to anyone that is looking for this type of job. Thank you Millstream.
